TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE NUTRIPRENEURSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM 1. Agreement By enrolling in the Nutripreneurship Training Program provided by Oncotrition Healthcare Ltd ("the Company"), the participant ("You" or "Participant") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. Payment Terms 2.1 All fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the training. 2.2 If paying in installments, 50% of the total fee must be paid upon enrollment, with the remaining 50% due by the third week of training. 2.3 Late payments shall attract a 2% monthly interest charge. 3. Training Access & Responsibilities 3.1 You agree to utilize the training materials at your own risk. 3.2 Participants are permitted to miss a maximum of two (2) classes. 3.3 Class recordings shall be available for a period not exceeding fourteen (14) days. 3.4 You must not share, reproduce, distribute, or misuse any training materials provided. 3.5 Online tools and platforms used in the program are at the participant’s discretion and risk. 4. Service Availability 4.1 The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous access to the training platform. 4.2 The Company shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by third-party failures, including but not limited to internet service disruptions and external technical issues. 5. Duration & Cancellation 5.1 The training program runs for a period of six (6) weeks. 5.2 Cancellations are only accepted within the first week of the program, provided that a written electronic notice is submitted. 5.3 A refund of 20% of the total training fee shall be issued for cancellations made within the first week. 5.4 No refunds shall be provided for cancellations beyond the first week. 6. Suspension & Termination 6.1 Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to the training. 6.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate participation without prior notice if a participant engages in misconduct, including but not limited to sharing offensive or illegal content or violating these Terms and Conditions. 7. Indemnity 7.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oncotrition Healthcare Ltd from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal disputes arising from misuse of the training program. 8. Refunds & Changes 8.1 Refunds are only applicable within the first week as outlined in Section 5. 8.2 The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions, with prior notice to participants. 9. Dispute Resolution 9.1 Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. 9.2 Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the applicable Kenyan arbitration laws. 10. General Provisions 10.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding participation in the training program. 10.2 The Company reserves the right to modify the program structure, content, or terms, with notification provided to participants in advance. By enrolling in the Nutripreneurship Training Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
